(BED, MAT, CARPET, PLAIN GROUND).

DO NOT CROSS LEGS NOR ARMS.

CLOSE YOUR EYES.

NOTHING ELSE THAN YOU AND WHAT’S GOING ON INSIDE.

STAY THERE FOR ABOUT 17 MINUTES.

THEN GO ON WITH ACTIVITY.

THIS WAS A POWERREST: EASY, SIMPLE AND PRETTY EFFECTIVE.

IF YOU’RE LUCKY, YOU LOST FOR A WHILE YOUR NORMAL STATE OF AWARENESS AND ‚CAME BACK‘ AUTOMATICALLY. (ONLY) THEN DEEP REGENERTATION CAN TAKE PLACE.

OTHERWISE IT’S JUST DOING STH GOOD TO YOURSELF.
